Early times antique steel thermometers

Unread postby Rich » Tue Nov 27, 2012 10:45 am

I bought an older house and recently went underneath to repair some ductwork and to my surprise, found a big case of these decorative Early times thermometers. You know the old fashioned kind you might see on the wall of a porch of an old general store. They are all steel with a beautiful painted finish, and a real glass thermometer. Each one is in it's own box and they have apparently never been opened. They are even still in the box they were shipped in. They are really cool! Can anyone give me an idea what they might be worth? I'm gonna try to post a picture here. Thanks!

They sound really neat Rich. Old advertising pieces never brought much on e-bay but if you would like to sell one, I would consider buying it. I like old stuff like that.
