The bourbon festival is this weekend September 15-16. It will be my first time and should be fun.

Joe, I will miss you and Fricky, and our bourbon and cigars. I was at Four Roses today for the sneak peek of the new 2012 special edition small batch. It's a great realease, and Jim's current favorite.
This year it's 111.4 proof.

Vince, the bourbon festival is all week. But during the week, most events are at night. You will enjoy the weekend festivities. Joe/Doug, I just had my first "Sancho Panza" cigar.
I think it's a great stick.

Have a good time. My wife and I went last and enjoyed ourselves. We arrived Friday night and found the park in town where the fest is held. We sampled a couple bourbons we'd never had and listened to some music. Saturday we took advantage of being in Bardstown to tour Heaven Hill.

I am looking forward to spending tomorrow at the Festival. It's always a great time with the new releases coming out! I had the Parkers last night and thought it lived up to previous releases (although at 131 proof its needs some water). I am really looking forward to the Four Roses Small Batch this year as well!

I went to the sneak peek of this year's Limited Edition small batch Four Roses. It is excellent. It a combination of these recipes: OBSV-17 year old, OBSV-11 year old, OBSK- 12 year old,
and OESK-12 year old. It's 111.4 proof.

Had a great time at Doug's and the Festival this year. Sorry I didn't get a chance to bump into any of you guys again. Was anyone else at the Gazebo Saturday night and I missed you?

Agreed about this being a great time.

It was a first for my wife and I and we really enjoyed everything. Got myself some nice bourbon that is not available in Michigan yet and was able to do some tours as well. The gazebo was a great experience as was Doug's.

Best regards, Tony
