Worst youve ever had?

Johnny Drum black label for me. It a poor poor mans JD and is more than half the price, doesnt mix well with coke, and is nasty on its own. the charcoal they use isnt as good, and I guess neither are the grains.

Early in my bourbon days (2 years ago), I tried a pint of Old Grand Dad 100 proof. It was hideous, but I have since enjoyed the 86 proof version. It is my opinion that I got a bad bottle of OGD 100, or I may have been in a bad mood. OGD is decent stuff.

4 y/o 80 proofers as a group don't do much for me, but they go good in sprite or coke.

That one's a tie for me: HH Green Label and EW Green Label. Young and thin - worthy of their label colors. They weren't UNdrinkable, but they just weren't worth the time so I used them for cooking.

I thought I was gonna hate on Old Crow Reserve as the first couple of pours had a vegetal rankness - I was ready to return my back-up bottle. Then, I had a pour to accompany some garlic corn nuts during the NBA Finals first game and it was a good match - the corn nuts prepared my palate, somehow. Lately, I had a pour after my first try of EC12 and all the hoar had disappeared. Four pours into this Old Crow, I'm almost converted - gotta keep with it to really decide. My rankings to date:
1. EC12 (head & shoulders - I'm doubling up on stock, I see a price increase from $20 going to $25+ here)
---
2. EWB (light, but sweet)
2. JBB (good balance)
X. OldCrowReserve (undecided)

My worst was Jim Beam Rye. It had this musty, gamey, farm well water taste. Some say all JB's ryes come from the same stock. I don't know. I can sort of handle Old Overholt. My other worst is any cheap Scotch.

It was Rebel Yell for me. I tried it several ways, straight, with water, Manhattan. I didn't like it in any form.

Mine was a "generic" bourbon called Gran Legacy that's bottled for CVS. Paid $17.00 for it in a plastic handle at the time. It wasn't even good as a mixer. Tried it 4 or 5 times before I gave up and poured it down the drain. A close second for me was Old Crow Reserve. Same scenario. It eventually went down the drain too.
