I picked up a bottle of Kentucky Gentleman KSBW at the local supermarket in Taipei yesterday, I have to say it was not too bad. It is not too assertive, but nice and smooth with refrained rye florals at the end and vanilla and caramel notes. Solid, much better than the same priced JBW but about equal to the also equal priced Early Time export KSBW (brown label), which has a fruitier finish.
I can't find much info on KG online, but I am curious how it compares to the rest of the BT/SAZ/Barton line. Is it Ten High in a different bottle? 4 year old VOB?
Cheers
