Elmer T Lee (quite underwhelmed by this one)
ETL would not make my stranded on a island list but may I suggest you approach it more as an aperitif. I find its lighter green fruit flavors but definite dash of pepper spice makes it one of the few whiskeys that can prime the palate for food to come. I'd at least put it towards the front of the line in any night of sippin through a few different whiskeys. It is certainly towards the lighter side of how many bourbons taste but can be quite enjoyable in the right occasion.
