Man,

I just tried this at my local binnys- from barrel no 215 (put in the barrel in 2000). This was "hand selected" by a binnys staff member, and boy is it good. It was amazing and really very interesting. A lot of creamy coconut. It really reminds me of some of the older bottlings I've tried from the 70's. This stuff is great.

I recently purchased Barrel No. 214 of their hand selected bottling. On my limited tasting I'm impressed and agree at least on description with everything that Mr. Hansell, in his review said about Barrel No. 1. Refined, elegant, understated and totally balanced all apply. I could see where many would find this the best bourbon they ever tasted. For me, I might think I climbed up that hill to heaven, if this were available at barrel strength or even 50% abv.
