I have what might be the same book but with different credits. Mine came from Jos. S. Finch & Co. it says it was edited by William Guyer and illustrated by Herbert P. Roese. The drawing under "Whiskey" is of a bottle of Golden Wedding whiskey with the Finch name at the bottom.
A very interesting part is the Dedication:
TO THOSE MERRY SOULS OF OTHER DAYS,
WHO AGAIN WILL MAKE DRINKING A
PLEASURE--WHO ACHIEVE CONTENTED-
NESS LONG BEFORE THEIR CAPACITY, AND WHO,
WHATEVER THEY DRINK, PROVE ABLE TO
CARRY IT, ENJOY IT, AND REMAIN GENTLEMEN.
