Bourbon....Books.....

Unread postby FredMercaldo » Mon Aug 10, 2009 6:15 pm

New here....just purchased Evan Williams Single Barrel...1999...and Old Forester....price performer that is highly reviewed on this site. Books I've purchased and am enjoying at various stages: Kentucky Bourbon by Crowgey; American Still Life by Pacult; The Evolution of the Bourbon Whiskey Industry in Kentucky by Cecil, and Bourbon,Straight by Charles Cowdery. Are there any other must have books I'm missing?

One that I enjoyed reading was "But always fine bourbon" by Sally Van Winkle Campbell. It's a interesting read about Pappy Van Winkle, Stitzel Weller and Old Fitzgerald.

Check out the "Library" forum. I have reviewed many of the books in my library. Feel free to add a book review of your own to the forum. It would be nice to have other opinions on books available to the bourbon enthusiast.
