Excellent notes, Gary. I really like the Knob Creek profile, as you said, when it's at its best. I have had a couple of excellent bottles recently, and in fact I think the brand has improved after what I consider a slight lapse in quality a few years back. I have a bottle I need to crack open sometime soon...

I always enjoy your reviews, Gary. Your palate is more refined than mine and I learn from your notes. It is most interesting to compare your notes on Knob Creek (which I consider a fine bourbon every time I have sipped it) to my own. I think it is important for you to continue to give us your take on bourbons.
