Oh Yeah Mark! Check 'em out at http://www.musiciansfriend.com

Now I'm not a Peavey fan, but these G-Things ROCK!

The amp is all tube and is the same as the Peavey Classic 30. It's well respected for it's tonal qualities. The Jack Black treatment is very Fenderish. Me Likey!

The G-Things are also quite good. $750 vs Gibson's $2500! You can get the "Charcoal" finish or the "Whiskey" finish. The body is an interesting morph of the Les Paul and the Fender Telecaster. Solid mahogany body with an Ebony fretboard. Now that's top shelf woods. Peavey's Humbucker p'ups are very hot and can deliver classic rock and blues sounds with ease.

Good sound at fair prices. What's not to like?

Ok Mark! You forget that I know you. Just buy the gituar & amp, and picks, and strap. You'll be happy, and Stacey will be happy. Then we can hit the Gazzz-bo and blow the other wankers out of the water!

I have GOD given bass talent. Pick your key Bro. I'm there & in the groove.

Shit, I wish I could play Linn but alas I took lessons many years ago and never followed thru with them. I had a decent starter setup (Chris I think still has the identical setup as I did until a crackhead in the dorms while in the AF stole and sold my stuff while I was in Saudi Arabia...) but it is no more. Peavey amp, Ibanez guitar etc. Still, I'd like to hear you groove a bit next time we can all get together whenever and whereever. Image
