You have some Glenmore distilled bourbon. It should taste very similar to Kentucky Tavern from that era. It is not, however as Linn stated Charles Medley whiskey. The Medley brothers was still independent from Glenmore when this whiskey was made. I am not sure who was distilling at Glenmore in the 1970's. It seems to me that it might have been a Dant, but I could be wrong.
There are many, many samples of this label in the U.D. archives and even a bottle or two. I never sampled from a bottle of County Fair, but I have had Kentucky Tavern from that era. It is a very fruity bourbon with notes of dates and cherries.
