Bob, as you may have noticed, I have been rereviewing some bourbons to see if my tastes have changed over time. In the case of Rowan's Creek, I think more of it now than before........even though it is from the self-same bottle.
At this time, I find Noah's Mill to be a bit too dry and the alcohol a bit too prominent. It just doesn't please me as it once did. I think Rowan's is richer, creamier and more complex than Noah's and has replaced Noah's as my favorite among the KBD products.
