The Philly Whiskey Fest is history. Me, Fricky and Mobourbon had a great time. We got to taste the entire Antique Collection from Buffalo Trace, including the William Larue Weller, ER-17, New Stagg and Sazerac as poured by Chris Comstock. Y'all are really gonna like this collection. We also got to talk shop with Fred Noe and Jimmy Russell - both super guys. I'll try to include a picture:
Left to Right: Fred Noe, Mobourbon, Jimmy Russell, me, Fricky.

The William Larue Weller had a very sweet front end. Sort of a super wheater. Sweet on the middle palate as well. Could not do a perfect evaluation because the pour was only about half an ounce. I do recall that I liked it though. (I did not like the Bernheim Wheat Whiskey). I remember Chris Comstock telling us that the total Pennsylvania release will be about 120 bottles. Good luck finding some.

Linn,
Fred (MoBourbon) is from the SB.com site. He's a great guy and manages one of Pennsylvania's liquor stores.
