AnEvening With The Bunghole

Unread postby Bourbon Joe » Sun Mar 17, 2013 10:37 am

On our wayback North from Alabama, we usually stop and see our good friend Linn. This year was no exception. We had a great time. It's always nice to see The Bunghole.

Thanks for sharing, Joe!

Geez, Joe and Bunghole, that sure brings back a lot of old memories.
Some of them very old (see accompanying photo of folks a dozen years younger)
And some not-so-old memories, too.
I hope to see those smiley (well, sort of) faces and more this summer.

What a great photograph. John, it looks like you and Julian used the same hair stylist, although you look mush younger.

Cools pics. What Willett were you guys pouring that night? Also love the Ale8 koozie on the table. I'm originally from Winchester and I was bottle fed on the stuff! My folks are still there so I always make sure to drink a bunch of them when I go visit. My good buddy from childhood actually runs the company now!

It was a very special eight year old private single barrel pick. Something about its origin was very rare, but I forget. Tasted better than great! Superb. :)
