OBSQ (High/Floral) and
OESK (Low/Spicy)

Is that right? Were these the standard Single Barrel program or the new Barrel Strength, Unfiltered program?

We got just one of those two, It is teh same as the 2009 FR Marriage collection. I think that is the OBSQ.... the 120th version was the winner to me. Just right in my area for FR....

Ken,
I talked with Howie about their tasting experience.

This group also got samples of all 8 ready to go mash/yeast combos, just like we did, except they had more tasters and 2 samples of each to taste! That's hard work, I struggled to really grasp just (just?!&?) 8 samples, doubling that seems pretty daunting unless you could throw a bunch out right away.

The RHFs and the OWA are in. THe OWA is the new bottles and is this years BD/BE labeled selection (like the PVW 15yr last yr).

The prices are great as well . Give Ryan a call or tell the folks at Julio's you are part of BE.com for the Crusade discount.

Thanks for the efforts, guys. I have 6 OWA coming my way and I can't wait to try them. After the sting of the BTAC season subsides I'll make another order.

it was worth the drive!
and $180 for some bottles.

I mentioned BE.com, they didn't seem to know anything about any discount. The prices were good anyway so I don't care.

Thanks to DB for suggesting contact Ryan at Julios. He was
more than happy to help and I got an e-mail confirmation with
tracking number that my order is on the way.

Really looking forward to trying it!

I finally cracked open my OWA BD/BE/L&K Selection "Bourbon Crusade" bottle and it's much different than the normal bottle, not sure if it's better but it's for lack of a better word, "nice". Smoother and sweeter, serious cooked sugar flavors, cotton candy, candy corn, somewhere in there. I might head up tomorrow to see if I can grab another couple.
