Just today, the Old Forester 75th anniversary salute to the repeal of prohibition came out in the stores. It's a replica of the bottles back then, 100 proof and came with a Glencairn glass, bottle, and copy of the 21st amendment. I paid $23.99. Here's a picture:

Does it indicate anywhere if its just a special bottle or if its different bourbon inside?

This is a 10yo bottled-in-bond bourbon. It really is a very good bourbon and the Glencairn glass is nice as well.

Just 24 smackers for a 10 year old bottled-in-bond Old Forester with a Glencairn glass?!

You lucky, lucky dogs!

Don't forget, this is a 375 ml bottle....so it's like paying $48 for a full-size 750 ml.

Which is fine, btw; I gladly pay somewhere in the neighborhood of that for OF Birthday Bourbon, and I'm sure that this is excellent. But it's not going for "Rittenhouse" prices

Yes,
but that $48.00 also includes two Glencairn glasses. The cost of the glass would knock about $12.00 off the price of the whiskey. If you wait 10 years and sell the glasses on ebay, you might even break even from the cost of the package set.
