Eagle Rare 1.75 liter 13 years old??

I've seen it kicked around here on the forum in "I heard it was" comments, but can anyone confirm that the 1.75 liter bottle of Eagle Rare Single Barrel is 13 years old, and not 10? It still says 10 on the neck label...but I did hear that is was actually 13

I have a 1.75 of ER that IS from a 13yo barrel, but that is from a special bottling and has a 13yo sticker. I have also seen 1.75's of regular ER at the store but have no reason to believe they are not 10yo.
