Old bottle of "Old Crow"

I have a sealed bottle of 100 proof Old Crow that was made in the spring of 1942 and bottled in the fall of 1947. Someone told me that alcohol made during this time usually went to the war effort. Stamped into the bottle are the words "Federal Law Forbids Sale". Is it rare and/or worth anything? Can anyone tell me anything about it?
