4RYL tonight. Can't locate any BT or Weller locally. I generally prefer those for daily pours.

I'm very glad I got my hands on some of this, for a 100 Proof it is very smooth to me, probably the smoothest to date, very nice. To bad, it is not added to the system here.

Colonel E.H. Taylor Jr. Small Batch BIB (100 Proof) :D

If you can find it, try the Barrel Proof.

The last couple weeks have seen Four Roses 2012 Limited Edition Single Barrel, Blanton's, 108 Rare Breed, Jack Daniels 2012 Christmas Single Barrel, and Four Roses Small Batch.

The 2012 LE Single Barrel seemed a lot smoother than I remembered it. Real Nice! Blanton's, as always, was spectacular. I still think the old Rare Breed was superior to the 112. Extraordinary! I am NOT a JD guy, but this stuff is real good. Have been really enjoying the 4R Small Batch lately.

W.L. Weller 12 Yr. Old

Finally got a chance to try this one out. Only took me one day to open the bottle. :) I can see what all the hype is about, this one is special. Very tasty and smooth with some different notes than other's I've tried. An awesome scent for sure. :D

I broke the rules. Had a WT101 with a splash of grenadine.

Last weekend was Noah's Mill. This weekend I'm going back to one of my absolute favorites, a 50/50 mixture of Jefferson's 18YO and VW Lot. B.

Can't wait!
