Bourbon Fest in the South West (AZ)

Unread postby Dump Bucket » Fri Jan 25, 2008 1:26 am

I have been toying with having a small/medium sized gathering of the Bourbon drinkers that reside around the Tucson Area... or further if you want to drive... for a little bourbon fest.

Thought it would be fun to choose a theme or a brand or a proof and have a little tasting...

Over the last couple of years I have done this with wine, but wine drinkers tend to be too pretentious for me..

Anyhow, I though I would throw this up here and a couple of the outher bourbon sites and see if I can get any bites for a late Feb or March...

Could be family friendly event.. I have kids 5, 7, 13...

Dang. I won't be there til May/June. Let me know if/when you schedule another. I've got the Brown-Forman brand covered (at least the current offerings).

w e pick a date and a Bourbon and do it on line maybe we can get some body from the distillery to join in. Gas is too dang much to go to sunny AZ. Gotta save that money for bourbon.
