Tina and Dave were generous and gracious hosts. We had an outstanding time.

Despite all the praise heaped upon JD SS, and of course the Blanton's Silver (*nods to Gary*), my vote went with the GT Stagg '04. This was my absolute favorite Stagg ever. Balanced, extraordinarily rich, a freight-train finish, yet without the heat typical of most Staggs.

And a stunning drive - Dave and Tina live in an extremely picturesque part of the state.

Thanks again, everyone!

You wouldn't believe the crazy things that happen out in that part of Virginia.
