Vegetarian food pairing options?

Not sure if you are looking for recipes of full dishes or just "snacks".
Can't help you with dishes but as for snacks (something to chew on in-between your pours) - cheese, dark chocolate, and fruits go well with different kinds of bourbons and scotches. oh, and water lol
