The most frequently used words in bourbon tastings

I reviewed hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of bourbon tasting notes from the best rated bourbons in world competitions, online reviews, podcasts, books, etc. to see which words were most frequently used to describe good bourbon. Here's an image I created to show what I found. The more frequently used words are bigger and less frequently used words are smaller.
