Joe,
This was an interesting tasting. Was the Weller Centennial a new one or a U D Version?

Mike,
The Weller Centennial was a new version, not the UD.

Joe,
That is what I figured. The U D Version could have held its own against the Four Roses single barrel, but the newer Bufallo Trace version is thinner, without the complex flavors of hazelnut, caramel-vanilla and chocolate found in the original. Still a decent product, but not as complex a flavorfull.
