Have I got what I payed for?

Hi I was hoping someone might be able to help me. I brought a carton of old clark bourbon off ebay which was displayed as Americas finest table bourbon, on the bottle it says old clark bourbon distilled and bottled at the old clark distillery. The problem is that it tastes nothing like bourbon and the box it came in said 750mls on it when the bourbon was 700mls Im wondering if the labels were just stuck on somthing that isnt bourbon,can someone please help.
