Bourbon in Las Vegas

I'm going to Las Vegas this week and am curious if any one can tell me what bars have the best bourbon selections.I'm also looking for any shops that stock/sell the better and hard to find bourbons and whiskies.Any info would be much appreciated.

I understand that "Craftsteak" in the MGM Grand has a good selection, although I have never been there myself. If you get there, let me know your experience.

I may be a little late, but for future referrence, the lobby bar at Belagio has Pappy 13, 15, and 20 year old. All of the other bars I visited had the Beam single barrel/small batch as their preium pours.
