nice score! id never have thought to hit an estate sale in search of old whisky. did you know there was some there, or did you just hit an estate sale and stumble into those bottles?

my dads uncle, in his 90's now, was purging his house a few years back. he had all these old bottles of whisky (like 1950's) and didnt know what to do with them, so he dumped them out and recycled the bottles. no one in the family drank whiskey, so he didnt know what else to do with them. i only got into whisky in the last year.

id have loved to just have seen the bottles, if nothing else. i love history. since my grandfather was a distiller at ND, there was likely a good bit of that old stuff in there.

I remember Bonded Dant as a mid shelf product and would like to hear your thoughts.
