What do you all use to cleanse your palate in between tasting different bourbons? I have a couple that I would like to see how they stack up head to head, but don't want to be tasting one mixed with the other.

Thanks!

I use water. It works good enough for me.

Diet Dr. Pepper, although it does seem to leave a detectable flavor residue.
Caramel and dark, pitted fruit, pehaps?

I'd say if you use anything other than water, don't just use it between whiskies, but also before the first one.

A healthy, generous swig of water, swished around.

Or shock tarts.
