Old Forester is one that I enjoy. It is less than $20 for 750ml here in OH.

Best bourbon around the $20 range has to be Old Bardstown Estate. You can grab a bottle for $20 and it's great!

I have to agree with previous posters that I really like ewbl for the price I really find it hard to beat.
