Wild Turkey Rare Breed IMO is an outstanding bourbon which offers complexity in flavor, great balance and also incredible nuance for a barrel proof bourbon. It is one of my favorites. Bookers is also a great bourbon but, to me, more aggressive in its approach. Of course you are looking at ranges of proof from 122 proof right up to 130 proof (I just tasted a 130 proof at the distillery on saturday). I always have to cut Bookers with a little water, I really never have to cut Rare Breed.
I would try them both, they are both worthy of being on your shelf
