Bullitt Product placement

Unread postby Satty Beach » Tue May 29, 2012 9:27 am

Last nights' premiere of "Hatfields and McCoys" they were drinking (whiskey) from what looked to be Bullitt bottles. Could the distiller have dropped off a few cases for prop use? If so, very well played. I'll be looking for flashes of label color. It's not the standard western shoot-em-up or in this case Appalachian shoot-em-up prop bottle. Actually they looked like 500ml bullitt bottles. 19th century movie prop whiskey are round, no label, cork stopper.

The show was OK. I'm Costnered out. The costumes are good, but, all it reminds me of is this is before people bathed regularly, all they wore was wool, and they lived in the south.
Taken the cure.
