We voted for Brenda J. With Linn, we have no doubt that quality would be of utmost importance, but we would wonder about supply issues. You know, lots of bourbon being diverted for "testing" and "promotional use."

Whoohoo!! :rofl2: What a hoot!
I haven't been around much lately, and I just found this. Laughed 'til I cried...thanks for the vote of confidence Mr. and Mrs. Angelshare. Yep, the supply would be safe with me. I prefer my wheated with a little more age...
And...I would most likely put iced tea in all the commemorative, multi-colored wax bottles. Since no one ever drinks those anyway, there would always be plenty of Makers to go around, and there wouldn't have to be any price increases...
Seriously, my one hope is...this whole juggling act doesn't screw Makers up. It is often the gateway Bourbon that brings folks into our fold. Bill spends freely on his wonderful advertising. I can't help but believe that some of that money trickles down thru the entire Bourbon industry. And, like Martha says, that's a good thing.

Hey Bob,
Thanks, I don't get to spend as much time playing with my Bourbon Buds as I would like. I need to win the lottery. I want the chance to prove that money won't ruin me...

How's it goin' up in Noo Yawk? I'm hoping to get up there in November, but still not sure. Hell, I can't get away long enough to have dinner with Mike at Bourbons Bistro.
Tell Nancy Hey!
