Our chance to voice some opinions on this topic. I voted for offering some low entry proof recipes and giving the MDs more freedom to experiment

Mike,
I voted the low distillation and entry proof and moving the accountants to the warehouse. I think that if you put "no running water or bathrooms" I would have placed both my votes there.

I chose the first and last options as well. In the case of a couple of personal favorites of mine, I continue to believe that barrel entry proof is the single biggest difference between the product now and the product I've tasted from 25-30 years ago (Old Grand Dad in particular).

If you did 2 and 3, you might wind up accomplishing the first and last options in the process.

Regards,
Tim

I'm the one that voted for no bourbon over $50, 'cause I'm a cheap bastard.
