What champagne to use for mixing or making a mimosa? I had a cranberry mimosa at a restaurant and it was great! I am having a party this weekend and found different recipes to mix champagne with, WHAT CHAMPAGNE DO I USE?

I always used Andre Extra Dry. It's very inexpensive and tastes good. I just used that, and orange juice.

I agree with your choice. Andre Extra Dry is really good.

My favorite is Freixenet, either the Negro (black bottle) Brut or the regular frosted bottle Brut (cheaper but better).
It is a Spanish sparkling wine and as good or better than any French one.

I agree John. There used to be a Spanish named Cordinu, which was also very good but I don't see it around anymore.
