Bourbonized Mushrooms
Posted: Thu Apr 19, 2012 6:55 pmMade a couple Delmonicos tonight. Sauteed some fresh mushrooms up with butter and, when just about done, poured in some WR Seasoned Oak. WOW. They were delecious. Don't forget to boil off most of the bourbon.
