latest Stagg?

does an administrator need to load up a tasting template for the latest Stagg? i'd like to leave notes, but i didn't see anything for the 08....thanks

It's sooo good.
Too much of anything is bad, but too much of good whiskey is barely enough.

yes, it is! i think i found the right dollop of water....probably 113 proof...more than likely more.
i actually enjoy the 120+ proof handy saz neat...and maybe down tuned a few proof points lower....

I can't bring myself to add any water or ice to Stagg. It seems like it would be sacrilege. And to me, it's perfect straight. I love that oily quality it has.
I did however try it while eating some 70% cacao dark chocolate. Beautiful combination...

I take my Stagg neat and slow. I've tried adding water on a few occasions and I always find myself disappointed with the results. It's not bad, it's just not what it would have been had I left it alone.
