I just tried this bourbon again after 4 months and I agree with my review of its qualities. It is slightly different, but very interesting. As Mike Veach suggested in his review, I think a significant amount of the flavor is derived from the yeast. I still find it to be a very worthwhile bourbon following a different path.

I just bought my first bottle of Corner Creek. I agree with Mike that it is dry with not a lot of complexity. It is very smooth going down with just a very slight burn. I like this a lot. I tend to like dry whiskey. I would not have guessed it has some wheat, as I don't generally like wheaters. This may be the driest Bourbon I have tried. A great Bourbon for sipping while cooking steaks out on the grill. I also like the burgundy shape bottle and classy label. By the way, I like this much more than Woodford Reserve, and it's cheaper.
