Dowling Distillery Numbered Bottle - Look at the Pics

I hope someone can tell me something about this bourbon. I researched Dowling a bit and it seems to have been absorbed by another distillery. I have sampled one (two) of these bottles and it's pretty good by my standards. The bottom of the bottle has the date 1964 - I'm assuming the date bottled. Most importantly, notice who it was bottled for. Any ideas on value? Should I save or drink?
