The "10th Anniversary" doesn't ring any bells but I remember the commemorative bottling. I don't think I have ever seen anything sell out faster at retail. I've also seen very few of them come up in the secondary market, such as it is. I'd say the chances of finding one are slim and none.

Just saw a Booker's Commemorative on ebay for $399.00. Neat looking bottle, 2994 of 3000.

The 10th Anniversary limited edition bottling honors Booker's
10th Anniversary and can be seen here.

According to information dated Nov. 2004 at this site, the
Commemorative bottling was limited to 2,900 bottles. Booker
Noe's son Frederick Booker Noe III, or Fred, picked the batch for
this special bottling. And at the bottom: "Fred Noe assures us
that while the label is changed on the commemorative bottling,
the Bourbon inside remains the same high quality as the original
Booker's."
