They have tweaked the product a little bit over the years, but nothing major. Baker's is interesting because it doesn't sell that much, people don't talk about it very much, but it always places very high in competitions that are judged by blind tasting. It is, however, essentially Black Label at a higher proof for about twice as much money, which is why I don't buy it very often.
