So I was watching a couple of auction items online...

Have an old/rare bottle you'd like some more info on?

So I was watching a couple of auction items online...

One was an Old Fitz 100 proof bottled in 1967 in a "Flagship" decanter. The other was the same expression, only from a year later (bottled in '68) and in a "Monticello" decanter. Both were 5/4ths quarts. The Flagship went for over 90 bucks whereas the Monticello went for 66 and change. Anyway, it got me wondering what factors other than dumb luck may have accounted for the pretty large diffrence in price on two similarly collectible bottles. Any thoughts?

Dumb luck. Indeed. I'd love to own either.

Looked around on Google a bit, where are the best online Bourbon auctions?
