Have an old/rare bottle you'd like some more info on?

I have a bottle of Pennsylvania rye Silver label export quality,never heard of it and i wonder if it is a fake.It has a banderole on the screwlid from either France or Italy very worn out so hard to see,the bottle holds 1,125 litres which is very unusual and has 45% abv.Has someone information about this bottle?Thanks in advance.

It's nothing I've heard of. It's not necessarily a fake, just a private label bottling.

Silver Label sounds suspiciously like something from Publicker, doesn't it?

Yes, I would also like a photo. Is there a distillery location, disclosed? What is the date on the bottle?
