Hi, I don't know if you read some of the previous string concerning Ebay. I believe what you are suggesting (running a liquor store over the internet) is not legal. Plus we have the issue of shipping across international borders. Anyone that tries to buy like this is taking a chance that their bottle will be confiscated by customs.

It would be illegal if based in the USA in a state where such a thing is not legal, but it may be perfectly legal in the UK. In fact, I believe it is, as there are many online whiskey merchants there. You're absolutely right, though, about the potential problems someone might have receiving something in the USA.

But, more importantly, it's all scotch, so who cares?
