Old Fitzgerald was a brand originally produced by the Stitzel-Weller distillery in Louisville/Shively, Kentucky. After they closed the brand changed hands and is now produced by the Heaven Hill Distillery whose office is in Bardstown, KY.
The date places this bottle during S-W's active days and is one of their higher end versions of the brand. The standard Old Fitzgerald Bottled in Bond was about 6 years old but limited runs were made in 8-10-12 and rarely, 15 year old expressions.
Yours is a good one and if the seal is intact and the bottle hasn't suffered excessive evaporation a raw guess would place it's value at $50+ for someone who wanted to drink it. Small bottles seem to have much less interest from collectors.
Of course it should be pointed out that it's illegal in every jurisdiction in the Country for anyone to sell whisky except through a licensed dealer, so there's that to be considered.
