1999 Pappy 23

I recently came onto 2 bottles of 1999 Pappy Van Winkle 23. Green Glass and numbered. Bottled in Lawrenceburg, The bottles are full with no apparent evaporation. I have never seen another. Does anyone know anything about these bottles? Rarity, value, etc? I believe the bourbon would be from Stitzle Weller. Not sure though.

The green tint is from the first release of Pappy 23. 2013 is the last year that Pappy 23 will be 100% SW juice but yes your bottles are filled with SW bourbon. Are you interested in selling them? I messaged you.

Actually the first Pappy 23 with the green tint was not Stitzel-Weller bourbon. It is not even a wheated bourbon.

Meadowlawn distillery in southwest Jefferson County. The same people who made Virgin Bourbon at the time. The distillery closed in the 70s and Julian bought the rest of their whiskey.
