Monticello Special Reserve / Blended Straight Rye

Hello folks -- I recently picked up a quart bottle of old Monticello Special Reserve Blended Straight Rye, and wondered if anyone could tell me anything about this bottling -- aged, date, background, etc. They're a couple of things here that are confusing me.

First, the categorization of Blended Straight Rye. As you can see from the picture of the back label, it claims to be composed of a blend of 100% straight whiskies, of which not less than 51% are straight ryes, and all of which are 5 years old at least. Is this a late example of a Fleischmann style top-tier blend? When did this brand/style go out of existence? It seems like an interesting category.

Second, the front label states that this was bottled exclusively for the Monticello Distilling Company, Baltimore, MD, while the back says it was bottled by Jos. P. Finch & Co./Schenley. What would the whiskies in this bottle be -- Maryland, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, or Canadian? Any way to tell from the serial number on the tax seal -- which in full is 51-2449426.

Lastly, can anyone tell the date from the bottle/Maryland Tax Stamp?

Curious. Thanks for any help -- and before anyone asks, don't worry... I will be drinking this.
