A friend of mine was rummaging through her recently passed away fathers belongings with her mother, and they came across a 1975 Ceramic container commemorating the American Legion's 1975 convention in Minneapolis, MN. Everything is a bit dust and dirty from being stored in a closet for 30+ years, otherwise other then the tax sticker/seal looking a bit shabby...everything seems in good condition. She want's to know if there would be an significant value to what she has. I'm less interested in the value as I am in how decent of a bourbon it may be. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Value maybe as much as 100.00 (on a real good day). The whiskey is very good. Almost cognac like.
