Has anybody out there tried White Horse blended Scotch? Jim Murray rates it very highly in the 2006 Whiskey Bible , and it appears that Lagavulin (one of our favorite single malts) is touted as an important part of this blend. I'd be curious to hear any comments. Thanks to all!

Murray gives White Horse a 92 rating in his 2008 version. It's his highest rated blended NAS scotch. He gives White Horse 12 yr. a 94 rating. Guess I need to try them.

Whoops, I found two other NAS blends that Murray rated equal or greater than White Horse.
Grant's Family Reserve 94 pts.
Clan MacGregor 92 pts.
