Nobility Scotch?????

We visited a friend's house last weekend. His mother passed away recently and they are trying to go through her belongings and figure out what to do with them. She hoarded lots of things and accumulated "stuff" that you would not believe.

While we were there he brought out this bottle:


The old tax stamp was still on the cap, and sadly most of the bottle was gone - but oh my!
