Irish whiskey

Since we've no got an Irish whiskey forum, I'll just be puttin me Irish whiskey comments here. And, after all, 'tis both Scotch and Bourbon that we owe to the thirst of the Irish, unless I am mistaken.

Aye, and now, 'tis Jameson's 18 YO Master Selection whiskey I'll be recommending to ye. It's got a beautiful floral and fruity nose and it goes down with great ease.

Ye'll not find a better sipping whiskey when your mouth wants a bit of Ireland in it.

Rage, rage against the dying of the light. - Dylan Thomas

Good selection...I would recommend the Bushmills 21YO Single Malt...the madeira cask finish gives it just an extra bit of flavor to go with the smoothness. I have a sample bottle of it on my liquor stand...and it's one I would certainly consider paying full price for...

As far as Irish whiskey goes I love Redbreast Pure Pot Still aged 12 years. Jameson 1780 is good to.
